Yes absolutely. We use SSL encryption so that all public internet traffic is encrypted. Your data is held at some of the most respected data centre facility providers in the world. Our databases are replicated and backed up to data centres in different geo-locations. We leverage all of the capabilities of these providers including online and physical security to secure our infrastructure from hacking and physical threat. Each site is staffed 24/7/365 with on-site physical security to protect against unauthorised entry.
Yes absolutely, you can obtain all your goal management data for your whole account at any time by simply emailing us on admin@align.work. We will extract the data to a csv file and send it to you in a zip file with password sent separately. We will keep customer data for a minimum of 3 months following cessation of your account and then delete it. If you ask us to delete it at any time, we will.
Goal Manager is still in beta testing so we have not set a final price, but it is likely to be around £4.00 / $5.00 / €5.00 per user per month. For now we are offering free trials to selected companies.
Goal Setting is valuable for every team and company because everybody should have clear goals. Without clear goals, achievements are difficult to detect and work often becomes monotonous and uninspiring. Which in turn affects motivation and delivery. But its a challenging task to consistently set goals and measure progress, which is why we built GoalManager to help you. Your commitment to engage your team or organisation in goal setting will determine success or failure. Many companies adhere to the Objectives and Key Results (OKR) techniques pioneered by Google, but other more simplified Goal Setting philosophies can work as well or better. Our philosophy is always to keep things as simple as possible, which we believe makes success more likely.
Well it really depends on the commitment of the senior team, but generally we recommend to go through two complete cycles of about 3 months each. This means you need to think of having some expert support for a period of about 6 months. In some cases, if there is no strong internal champion, it can take longer, and in other cases, if the CEO is strongly behind it and everyone really wants it to happen, it can be done faster.
Implementation needs commitment from all the senior leaders. If you don't "walk the talk", you can be sure your team will do as you do, not as you say! Its a good idea to have one senior team member "own" the process, to learn the most about dos and don'ts and be the conscience of the organisation if usage slips.
For our introductory half day seminar we charge £250 per delegate plus expenses (minimum 4 delegates). For our OKR coaching support packages, we will agree the full program with you in advance and set a package price which may range from £5,000 to £30,000 depending on how large your organisation is and how much support you want. Hourly coaching will be charged at rates between £50 and £100 depending on how much help you want.
